SUPERB mango farm of 6,434 m2 in production for 6 years, divided into terraces and fully fenced, has its own electricity to the farm and water from the irrigation community, it is situated in the Paraje de la Loma en Gualchos.
It has an annual production of 5,000 kgs and as the plants grow it will increase.
There are approximately 500 mango plants and 120 Guava plants that are 3 years old.
It has an automatic irrigation system installed with a programmer and a rubber band installed throughout the plot to be able to use a motor for sulphating. It has its own 150 m3 pool with a booth for abond. There is also a small 41 m2 little house for resting .
The beautiful farm consists of another flat plot of 26,428 m2 of almond trees. Both plots have water from the irrigation community (16 marshes for irrigation).
